Lisa. Live demo

The platform

Four surfaces.
One living system.

A change made anywhere is everywhere in the same second — from an employee's desk to the crew's iPad to the manager's board.

01

Employee portal

Anyone reports an issue from a QR code — no login, no app, no per-seat license. They're notified when it's dispatched and when it's done.

02

Crew iPad

The day's work, barcode scanning, guided photo capture, and one-tap statuses — built for gloved hands and dead zones.

03

Crew desktop

Requests, assets, parts, vendors, and the whole operation from the shop workstation.

04

Admin console

Dispatch, live crew map, inventory, compliance, and the executive scorecard — command over all of it.

Straight from the product

Real screens. Sample data. No mockups.

Proof, by design

A work order that cannot lie.

Assigned In progress Review Completed
Photo-gated completion. Truck runs cannot be marked done until before-and-after photo sets exist — the rule lives in the database, not the app.
Server-side timestamps. Every status change is stamped by the server into an append-only history. "When did this happen" stops being a debate.
Vehicle custody, sealed. Check the truck out with photos; check it back in with photos. Who has it and when it came back — always current.
Scan the beam, scan the pallet. Labels carry the codes already painted on your racking — A2-8 stays A2-8. Two scans and the move is on the ledger. No retyping, no new numbering scheme.
SLA clocks on every job. Countdown chips, breach flags, and an attainment scorecard leadership sees before the quarterly review does.
Lapsed insurance can't be dispatched. Vendor certificates are tracked with expiry warnings — when a COI goes stale, new work orders to that vendor are blocked until it's current.

On records & privacy

The papers inside the boxes never enter Lisa — only the barcode, the bay, the hold, and the photo of the pallet. Lisa stores where the box sits, not what is in the folder.

See it move — a live demo takes twenty minutes.
