Lisa vs. the
legacy suites.

Buying advice, free

Six questions to ask any vendor. Including us.

01

“What does the full quote include?” Ask for every module, seat tier, implementation fee, training fee and integration fee — in one number.

02

“Can evidence be enforced?” Not “supported.” Ask whether the system can refuse to close a work order without a photo.

03

“Where is the custody trail?” Ask to see check-out/check-in with due-backs for a truck or a tool — live, not on a slide.

04

“How do we leave?” Ask for the export format, the fee, and the deletion certification — in the contract.

05

“When are we live?” Ask for a dated week-by-week plan and what happens to the price if it slips.

06

“Who answers the phone?” Ask who picks up at 7 AM on a Monday — a queue, or a person with a name.
